Ryan Paulline is passionate about helping students build the confidence, skills, and mindset they need to succeed. He brings more than 20 years of experience as a consultant, project advisor, and team mentor, leading complex initiatives and guiding multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful results.

Throughout his career, Ryan has enjoyed mentoring emerging professionals and helping others reach their full potential. As the leader of a corporate student internship program, he coached students as they navigated real-world business projects, developed professional skills, and gained confidence presenting their work in a corporate environment. Those experiences reinforced his passion for empowering young people to take ownership of their learning and future careers.

Ryan combines a structured, problem-solving mindset with a supportive, encouraging coaching style that emphasizes growth, resilience, and continuous learning. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Management Information Systems) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, both from California State University, Sacramento.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with his family. He can often be found gardening, playing ice hockey, or fishing Northern California's lakes and rivers.
